Details of the Job/Internship

Lawshield Technologies Private Limited is hiring a Freelance Lawyer specialising in property disputes to work remotely for matters based in Hathras. The role involves providing legal advice and support on property dispute cases, drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in negotiations, mediations, or court proceedings, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal support and advice on property dispute matters.
• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents and case files.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Communicate with clients to provide clear legal guidance and updates.
• Analyse cases and conduct legal research to provide accurate legal insights.

Eligibility

• Law degree and enrolment with a State Bar Council.
• Expertise in property law and dispute resolution.
• Experience in handling property disputes, with familiarity with legal practices in Hathras or Uttar Pradesh preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Proficiency in legal document drafting and review.
• Familiarity with legal technology tools for case management is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
