Lawshield Technologies Private Limited is hiring a Freelance Lawyer with over 3 years of experience for a full-time remote role.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advisory.
- Draft and review legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and support dispute resolution tasks.
- Work with clients and internal teams to deliver timely and high-quality legal services.
- Maintain strong communication and ensure client confidentiality.
Eligibility
- Over 3 years of professional experience in legal advisory and dispute resolution.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Strong legal research and case preparation skills.
- Knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and relevant legal domains.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain client confidentiality.
- Experience with digital tools, legal research software, or technology-driven platforms is preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law and membership in the Bar Council of India.
