Lawshield Technologies Private Limited is hiring a Freelance Lawyer to join their team in a remote role. The position involves providing legal advice, reviewing and drafting legal documents, and assisting with dispute resolution and compliance matters while collaborating with internal teams and leveraging technology-driven platforms.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support to clients.
- Review and draft legal documents.
- Assist in dispute resolution and compliance matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of legal services.
- Utilize technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree; bar accreditation is preferred.
- Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and contract review.
- Understanding of compliance, regulatory frameworks, and risk mitigation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, client handling, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with legal tech tools and technology-driven platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage diverse clients and cases remotely.
- Experience in corporate law, dispute resolution, or advisory services is advantageous.
