Details of the Job/Internship

India LawShield is hiring a Freelance Lawyer for a part-time remote role. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to clients.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
• Assist in dispute resolution matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal frameworks.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or higher.
• Strong expertise in legal research, drafting, and interpretation.
• Experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Knowledge of Indian legal frameworks and regulations.
• Strong communication and advisory skills.
• Familiarity with legal tech tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work remotely and manage deadlines.
• Prior freelance or client-based legal advisory experience is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
