Truelancer is actively seeking a skilled Freelance Technical Writer to join their team on a project basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting clear and concise technical documentation to help their audience grasp complex concepts effectively.

Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and understand technical concepts.
• Write and edit technical documents, including user manuals, guides, and technical reports.
• Organize and present complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Conduct research to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
• Adapt writing style and tone to suit various audiences.
• Review and edit documents for grammar, clarity, and consistency.
• Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality technical documentation. 

Eligibility

Requirements:

• Proven 1+ experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a freelance capacity.
• Strong technical background or ability to quickly grasp technical concepts.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in using documentation tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in documentation tools and software, strong technical understanding.

Soft Skills: Effective communication, time management, adaptability, attention to detail, and collaboration.

Work Schedule: Freelance, project-based (flexible based on project requirements).
