JuriCloud is seeking a Freelancer Legal Professional for a full-time remote role.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle complex legal consulting tasks and provide strategic insights for AI-driven projects.
- Prepare, draft, and review a wide range of legal documents for various practice areas.
- Address and resolve intricate legal issues while ensuring compliance with standard professional practices.
- Support and refine AI-assisted legal workflows to ensure accuracy and traceability.
- Collaborate with in-house product and legal teams to deliver tailored solutions for regulated environments.
- Ensure all legal outputs maintain the highest levels of professional accountability.
- Provide feedback on technology-supported legal processes to enhance platform reliability.
Eligibility
- J.D. (or equivalent LL.B.) with valid bar admission or relevant legal credentials.
- Strong expertise in Legal Consulting and the analysis of complex matters.
- High proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and drafting.
- Advantage: Familiarity with AI-driven legal platforms and experience in technology-supported workflows.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex legal concepts to both legal and technical teams.
