Details of the Job/Internship

APPIT Software Inc is hiring a Freelance Corporate Legal Subject Matter Expert with 5+ years of experience to support its SaaS product validation on a part-time, remote basis.

Role and Responsibilities

Review and analyse SaaS-based legal workflows, forms, and compliance modules.
Validate legal logic, contract structures, and domain-specific rules.
Identify workflow gaps, inconsistencies, and compliance issues.
Provide subject matter expertise in Corporate Legal, specializing in one specified area.
Offer recommendations to improve product accuracy and industry relevance.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams and provide structured feedback.
Participate in virtual discussions when required.

Eligibility

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Corporate Legal domain.
Expertise in at least one specialization: Manufacturing Legal, Healthcare Legal, or Real Estate Legal.
Experience with legal tech, SaaS tools, or compliance software (preferred).
Strong analytical skills and understanding of contracts and regulatory requirements.
Ability to explain legal workflows to technical teams.
