JWR Logistics Private Limited is hiring a Junior Company Secretary (CS) for their Panvel office. Candidates must be ICSI members with a valid membership number. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance of group companies under various laws including Company law, FEMA, Secretarial Standards, etc.
- Providing support to the finance team for raising of various loans and ensuring compliance under applicable laws including compliance stated under legal documents.
- Review of financing documents.
- Drafting of corporate contracts, resolutions, director’s reports etc.
Eligibility
- Member of ICSI.
- Candidate Should have a valid membership number.
