Details of the Job/Internship
SRK Legal is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage front desk reception and welcome clients and visitors.
- Handle incoming calls professionally and maintain proper phone etiquette.
- Assist with scheduling and appointment coordination.
- Maintain records and manage correspondence.
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks.
- Ensure smooth and organised front desk operations.
Eligibility
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and receptionist duties.
- Strong clerical skills including record-keeping, correspondence, and appointment management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service experience with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is beneficial.
- Proficiency in standard office software and tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in office administration or related fields are an advantage.
