Details of the Job/Internship
Corpseed is hiring for the position of General Compliance – Technical Filing with 1-3 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Preparing and filing applications for registrations, renewals, modifications, and returns, covering:
- Trade & Establishment: GMP Trade License, Shop & Establishment, Eating House License, etc.
- Government Registrations: MSME, GST, ESIC/PF, NITI Aayog, Startups India, and more.
- Certifications: 80G & 12A, FCRA, BIS Hallmark, FSSAI.
- Monitoring deadlines to prevent penalties and ensure compliance.
- Coordinating with internal teams and clients for document collection and pdates.
- Maintaining organized digital filing systems and CRM records.
Eligibility
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in compliance filing, regulatory documentation, or similar roles.
- Skills & Qualities:
- Proficiency in government portals (MCA, GST, DGFT, FSSAI, etc.).
- Strong document management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
