Details of the Job/Internship

Corpseed is hiring for the position of General Compliance with 3-5 years of experience to join their office in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit applications for registrations, renewals, modifications, and compliance returns across various regulatory categories, including:
• Trade & Establishment: GMP Trade License, Shop & Establishment Act, Eating House License, etc.
• Government Registrations: MSME, GST, ESIC/PF, NITI Aayog, Startup India, and similar.
• Certifications & Licenses: FSSAI, 80G & 12A, FCRA, BIS, Hallmark, PSARA, and more.
• Ensure accurate and timely filings in compliance with applicable laws and deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather necessary documentation and ensure completeness.
• Maintain organized digital records, update internal CRM tools, and manage ongoing compliance calendars.
• Stay current with regulatory updates and filing procedures across all relevant authorities.

Eligibility

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies:

• Hands-on experience with government portals such as MCA, GST, DGFT, FSSAI, etc.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and record-keeping abilities.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
• Effective communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and respect for confidentiality.

Salary/Stipend
