Details of the Job/Internship

Kaarya Law Advocates and Solicitors is hiring a lawyer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join their General Corporate Advisory and Contracts Team in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Providing general corporate advisory services to clients.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts independently.
• Handling execution of legal documents.
• Collating and managing client data and documentation.
• Managing contract negotiations and related deliverables.
• Ensuring timely completion of assigned legal work.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
• Experience in general corporate advisory and contract support.
• Ability to independently handle drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of contracts.
