Details of the Job/Internship
Moneyview is hiring for the position of General Corporate and Product Advisory- Legal with 1-3 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal and regulatory guidance to business teams on MoneyView’s existing and new financial products.
- Advise business teams on regulatory frameworks relevant to the BFSI sector, including data protection, privacy, and information security.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad spectrum of commercial contracts, including agreements with financial institutions, technology vendors, marketing partners, and payment service providers.
- Draft and update standard form contracts, terms and conditions, privacy policies, and general terms of use applicable to MoneyView’s customers.
- Provide legal support on general corporate and commercial matters across the MoneyView Group.
- Manage litigation portfolios, respond to legal notices, and liaise with law enforcement agencies as required.
- Effectively engage with internal stakeholders, external consultants, advisors, and legal counsel to manage and execute multiple legal projects.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a recognized and well-ranked university.
- 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in legal drafting, research, and commercial contract negotiation.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take well-considered legal decisions.
- Prior experience working in a corporate law firm and/or as in-house counsel in a fintech company is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating sound legal judgment and practical problem-solving skills.
