MetaLaw Offices is hiring a General Corporate Associate with experience of 1 to 2 years to join their office in New Delhi.

Eligibility

• The candidate must have completed LLB/BALLB with a PQE of at least 1 year with the Law Firm/s in General Corporate and Commercial Transactions Team, with special focus on general corporate advisory,technology transactions, drafting of various contracts and agreements, drafting of legal opinions and various other similar work.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
