Details of the Job/Internship

MetaLaw Offices is hiring a General Corporate Commercial with experience of 4 to 6 years to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting memorandum and legal opinions on various legal issues including inter alia those pertaining to the legal & regulatory framework in the aforesaid sectors under FDI laws, validity of FLDG model, employment & labor lavws, battery & PLI schemes & incentives fo rbattery manufacturers, telecom licensing framework,data protection privacy & intermediary guidelines among others.
• Drafting & vetting of of joint venture agreements,infrastructure & projects related documents / tender documents, RFQs/RFPs, concession agreements, EPC contracts, 0&M agreements & other commercial Contracts.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various complex,non-standard commercial contracts, including but not limited to collaboration agreements, technology/| Plicensing, business transfer agreements, revenue tie-inagreements, manufacturing and procurement agreements, sales & distribution agreements,marketing and consulting agreements, franchise agreements, SAAS, hardware, software, & service contracts, vendor & supplier agreements, sponsorship agreements, master subscription/service agreements;data privacy agreements, sub-contracting/sub-licensing agreements, artist collaboration & production agreements, with minimal supervision,strong risk assessment skills and business & legal judgement.
• Advising clients on an array of other matters that may include standard terms & conditions, NDAs, license agreements, leave & license/lease agreements,competitions and promotions, advertising & marketing, e-commerce/online, software/|T licensing,regulatory compliance, dispute resolution among the aforesaid sectors.

Eligibility

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience, ONLY with reputed Law Firm/sin General Corporate and Commercial Profile, with special focus ongeneral corporate advisory, technology contracts, regulatory compliance, TMT, IPR, business transfers, joint ventures, corporate structuring, securities law, insolvency & bankruptcy, among otherr elated areas of law.

IMP: they are NOT looking for candidates with Inhouse/Litigation/VC/PE experience.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
