Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring Associate, Senior Associate, or Counsel-level Corporate Lawyers with 2–8 years of experience to join their M&A team in Mumbai or Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions.
• Manage cross-border corporate deals and complex corporate restructuring.
• Conduct due diligence, drafting, negotiation, and documentation of corporate transactions.
• Collaborate with different practice teams and manage client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in corporate transactions.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 2–8 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, M&A, PE, or VC.
• Strong technical, drafting, communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
