Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring dynamic Corporate Lawyers with 2–8 years of experience to join its M&A teams in Mumbai or Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and cross-border transactions.
• Provide legal advice on corporate restructuring and compliance matters.
• Conduct due diligence, draft transactional documents, and negotiate agreements.
• Manage client relationships and collaborate effectively with internal practice teams.
• Support end-to-end execution of complex corporate deals.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 2–8 years of post-qualification experience in corporate/M&A law.
• Strong technical knowledge, drafting, communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
