Stride Legal is hiring a Senior Associate/Associate – General Corporate with 3 years of experience to join their office in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on corporate transactions.
• Advise on and draft transaction agreements and general commercial contracts.
• Handle multiple assignments independently.

Eligibility

• Candidates should have three years of post-qualification experience, preferably with a law firm, and experience working on corporate transactions, advising, and drafting transaction agreements and general commercial contracts.
• Candidates should also possess the ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
