Details of the Job/Internship

CoinDCX is hiring a General Counsel with 12+ years of legal experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a legal leadership role, to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement legal strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead contract negotiations and review agreements with partners and vendors.
• Oversee corporate governance policies and ensure ethical legal compliance.
• Manage legal disputes and coordinate with external counsel.
• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes in the Web3 and VDA space.

Eligibility

• A Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is required.
• LLM or an additional degree is a plus.
• Minimum 12 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in a legal leadership position.
• Experience in fintech, digital sectors, or multinational environments is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Salary/Stipend
