Details of the Job/Internship
TekWissen India is hiring a General Counsel with experience of 4 years to join their office in Bengaluru.
- Timing: UK Shift (1.30pm IST to 10.30pm IST).
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage Full Lifecycle of Contract Review and Negotiation: Oversee and manage the end-to-end process of reviewing and negotiating contracts.
- Ensure all contracts meet the company's standards and are aligned with business objectives.
- Expertise in Various Contract Types: Handle a diverse range of contracts including: Staffing services Direct hire agreements.
- Payrolling services.
- Subscription services.
- License agreements.
- SaaS services, Internal vendor contracts.
- Conduct In-Depth Risk Analyses: Perform thorough risk assessments on all contracts to identify potential issues and liabilities.
- Provide recommendations to mitigate identified risks and protect the company’s interests.
- Negotiate Favorable Terms with Clients: Engage in negotiations with clients from the US, UK, and India to secure advantageous terms.
- Strive to achieve mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining strong client relationships.
Eligibility
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify risks.
- Familiarity with contract law and various contract types.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
