Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure statutory compliance for the assigned jobs of the company/subsidiaries / associate companies
- Provide assistance in the implementation of corporate governance norms across Units/companies/subsidiaries / associate companies.
- Assist in various activities relating to corporate/financial restructuring including mergers and acquisitions of the company/subsidiaries / associate companies.
- Continuous review of system/procedures for further improvement.
