Details of the Job/Internship
AQUILAW is hiring a General Litigation Lawyer with experience of 8 to 10 years to join their office in Kolkata.
Eligibility
- 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in General Litigation, a master's degree would be an added advantage.
- Should have experience in client representation in various litigation matters, including civil, criminal, and administrative cases, both at trial and appellate levels.
- Advise and counsel clients on legal matters.
- Must have strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to assume a leadership role within the litigation department.
