Details of the Job/Internship

Peram Group is hiring a General Real Estate Professional with experience of 2–5 years to join their office in Bengaluru South. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage real estate transactions, including sales, leasing, and related processes.
• Liaise with clients and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analyze real estate trends.
• Monitor and coordinate property development projects to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure project success.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Eligibility

• Experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze real estate market trends and conduct research.
• Experience in project coordination and monitoring property development activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant real estate software tools.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the real estate or a related industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
