Details of the Job/Internship

Accuray is hiring for the position of Global Trade Compliance Manager with 7 years of experience to join their office remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage company-wide global trade compliance policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with export controls, customs regulations, sanctions, and other international trade requirements.
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of trade compliance practices.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on compliance-related topics.
• Monitor changes in global trade regulations and proactively update policies and procedures.
• Liaise with government authorities and regulatory agencies across jurisdictions.
• Investigate and resolve trade compliance issues and potential violations.
• Develop and track KPIs and compliance metrics to measure program performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Logistics, Procurement, and other departments to ensure integrated compliance.
• Lead and mentor a team of trade compliance professionals.
• Implement and train teams on new SAP capabilities related to trade compliance and processing.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in global trade compliance or a relevant role.
• In-depth understanding of international trade regulations and legal frameworks.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a global, cross-functional team.
• Certification in trade compliance (e.g., CUSECO) is a plus.
• Multilingual capabilities are an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
