Details of the Job/Internship

KAnalysis Consultant Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Global Trademark Manager with 5–6 years of experience to join its IP team in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee global trademark portfolios.
• Handle domestic and international trademark filings.
• Conduct trademark searches and provide clearance opinions.
• Draft responses to examination reports and oppositions.
• Coordinate with foreign associates for global filings.
• Manage renewals, assignments, and recordals.
• Advise clients on brand protection strategies.

Eligibility

• LL.B. / LL.M. (IP specialization preferred).
• 5–6 years of experience in trademark prosecution and portfolio management.
• Strong drafting and client-handling skills.

Salary/Stipend
