Details of the Job/Internship

Frankfinn Aviation Services Pvt. Limited is hiring a GM Legal to lead and manage the legal department at their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Legal Department, offering strategic direction on all legal issues.
• Monitor and handle litigations under civil, criminal, commercial, consumer, labour, and IP laws.
• Provide legal advisory to management on matters affecting the company’s operations and transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Represent the company before courts, tribunals, and other statutory authorities through coordination with external counsel.
• Proactively identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business activities.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance norms and applicable statutory regulations.
• Liaise with government bodies, regulatory authorities, police departments, and external stakeholders.
• Conduct legal research using platforms such as Manupatra, SCC Online, DLT Online, and LJ Soft.
• Provide legal support and training to internal departments and ensure timely resolution of legal queries.

Eligibility

• Sound knowledge and practical experience in civil, criminal, commercial, consumer disputes, labour laws, and intellectual property rights (trademark & copyright).
• Proven expertise in legal drafting, opinion writing, and litigation strategy.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case law analysis (Manupatra, SCC Online, etc.).
• Demonstrated leadership in legal department management and stakeholder interaction.
• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with police, investigating authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Prior experience in a similar leadership role in an in-house legal team preferred.

Salary/Stipend
