Details of the Job/Internship
Frankfinn Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a GM Legal with extensive experience in litigation, legal strategy, and corporate governance to lead their legal department in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal support on civil, criminal, commercial, consumer disputes, labour laws, and IPR-related matters.
- Draft and review contracts and agreements.
- Conduct case law research using legal software such as Manupatra, SCC Online, DLT Online, and LJ Soft.
- Liaise independently with advocates, government departments, and police authorities.
- Handle and monitor litigations across various legal domains.
- Advise management on business-related legal matters.
- Ensure corporate governance compliance.
- Proactively identify legal risks and propose solutions.
- Plan and execute legal strategies effectively.
- Liaison with police and investigative authorities on legal issues.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of civil, criminal, labour, and IPR laws.
- Expertise in contract drafting and legal research tools.
- Proven leadership in managing legal departments.
- Experience in compliance and governance.
- Excellent planning, execution, and communication skills.
