Details of the Job/Internship

Jacobs is hiring a Governance Analyst  with 2-3 years of experience to  to support its Asia Pacific (APAC) operations. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist sales and presales teams in preparing compliance-related responses for proposals.
• Maintain and update a repository of vetted and pre-approved responses.
• Support the development of compliance documentation for new regions/countries.
• Prepare and maintain management trackers and dashboards.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to understand bids/projects and documentation needs.
• Use Salesforce CRM for internal coordination and record management.
• Provide business continuity support in the absence of the Governance Associate/Manager.

Eligibility

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) – mandatory.
• Experience: 2–3 years in the legal or paralegal domain; prior experience in compliance or knowledge management preferred.
