Details of the Job/Internship

Patil Rail Infrastructure Private Limited is hiring a Group Compliance Head – Factory & Establishment Compliance to join its on-site team in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compliance programs across factories and establishments.
• Ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate compliance processes and controls.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance standards are met.
• Liaise with external regulatory and statutory authorities as required.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in compliance management and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing compliance in a manufacturing or infrastructure environment.
• Additional certifications in compliance or legal studies are an advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
