Details of the Job/Internship
AVPL International is hiring a Group Legal Counsel to join their office in Gurugram. The role involves handling contract negotiation, legal document preparation, providing legal advice, and addressing legal issues while ensuring compliance and protecting the company’s interests. The position requires working closely with different departments.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents.
- Negotiate contracts.
- Provide legal advice and guidance.
- Address legal issues and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to safeguard the company’s interests.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field; additional certifications are an advantage.
- Expertise in law and contract negotiation.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and addressing legal issues.
- Ability to provide legal advice and guidance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in a startup or accelerator environment is a plus.
