Details of the Job/Internship

HSJB Business Consulting is hiring for the position of Group Legal Counsel with 2-8 years of experience to join their office in Kochi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts including:
• Partnership agreements
• Vendor contracts
• Licensing and SaaS agreements
• NDAs and MoUs
• Ensure ongoing compliance with:
• UAE laws, including DIFC/ADGM regulations
• International financial regulations such as AML/CFT, KYC, data protection laws, and PSD2
• Provide legal advisory on cross-border financial regulatory matters.
• Monitor and interpret legal developments impacting business operations.

Eligibility

• Qualification: LLB / LLM.
• Experience: 2 to 8 years post-qualification.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
