Details of the Job/Internship
AdvocateGPT is hiring a Growth & Partnerships Associate with 1–3 years of experience (exceptional freshers may also apply). The role involves driving user acquisition, building partnerships, and scaling brand visibility across India’s legal ecosystem.
Role and Responsibilities
- Design and execute growth campaigns using email, SEO, LinkedIn, social media, referral programs, and influencer marketing.
- Build and manage partnerships with law colleges, bar associations, firms, and startups.
- Draft and deliver pitches, manage proposals, and maintain outreach pipelines.
- Represent AdvocateGPT at events, webinars, and networking forums.
- Supervise and mentor marketing and sales interns.
- Track growth metrics, maintain CRM pipelines, and provide weekly reports to management.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, Communications, or related field (MBA or law background is a plus).
- 1–3 years of experience in growth, business development, partnerships, or marketing, preferably in startups, SaaS, or legal-tech.
- Exceptional freshers with strong internship or project experience may also apply.
- Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead small teams and coordinate across functions.
- Knowledge of email marketing, CRM tools, SEO basics, and social media campaigns.
- Creative, data-driven, and adaptable with an entrepreneurial mindset.
