Details of the Job/Internship
Bihari Shah & Co. is hiring a GST Compliance & Litigation Manager to join its team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, on-site role involving management of GST compliance, handling litigation and disputes, preparation of legal documentation, and advisory on GST-related regulatory matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage compliance with GST regulations.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns and fulfilment of statutory requirements.
- Prepare legal documents related to GST matters.
- Handle GST litigation cases and manage disputes.
- Advise clients on GST compliance and related regulatory issues.
Eligibility
- Comprehensive knowledge of GST regulations and law.
- Experience in GST compliance and litigation.
- Proficiency in preparation of legal documents with strong attention to accuracy and compliance.
- Understanding of insurance-related regulations and their intersection with GST compliance.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Relevant educational qualification in Law, Finance, or a related discipline.
