Bihari Shah & Co. is hiring a GST Compliance & Litigation Manager to join their office in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage compliance with GST regulations.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of returns and fulfillment of statutory requirements.
- Prepare legal documents related to GST matters.
- Handle litigation cases and manage GST-related disputes.
- Advise on related regulatory matters.
Eligibility
- Comprehensive knowledge of GST regulations and law.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation with attention to accuracy and compliance.
- Understanding of insurance-related regulations and their intersection with GST compliance.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Relevant educational qualifications such as a degree in Law, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in GST compliance and litigation with knowledge of industry best practices.
