DAKSM & Co LLP is hiring GST Litigation Executives with prior experience in GST-related matters to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Appear before GST authorities.
• Draft replies to show cause notices.
• Draft appeals and memos related to GST disputes.

Eligibility

• Semi-Qualified CA, Law Graduates, or Legal Interns.
• Must reside in or near Mumbai, Thane, Mira Bhayandar, Vasai-Virar, or Kalyan Dombivli.
• Prior experience or exposure to GST litigation within a CA or legal firm.
• Strong understanding of GST laws and procedures.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
