R V K S And Associates is hiring a GST Litigation Professional to join their office in Bengaluru South. The role involves managing GST-related litigation, including drafting replies to notices, preparing appeals and documents, coordinating with clients, conducting research on GST laws, and providing guidance on compliance and planning.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage GST-related litigation matters.
- Draft replies to notices, appeals, and related legal documents.
- Prepare documents for submission before relevant authorities.
- Coordinate with clients.
- Conduct research on GST laws and regulations.
- Provide technical guidance on compliance and planning.
Eligibility
- Basic knowledge of GST laws, rules, and regulations.
- Interest in drafting replies, appeals, and legal documents related to GST.
- Attention to detail and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently under deadlines.
- Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, or LLB/BCom qualification or pursuing is preferred.
- Prior experience in GST litigation and compliance is an advantage.
- Proficiency in professional software related to financial and tax compliance is an advantage.
