R V K S And Associates is hiring a GST Litigation Professional to join their office in Bengaluru South.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft replies to GST notices and prepare appeals.
- Manage GST-related litigation matters before authorities.
- Conduct research on GST laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with clients and provide advisory support.
- Prepare and manage legal and compliance documentation.
Eligibility
- Basic knowledge of GST laws, rules, and regulations.
- Interest in drafting replies, appeals, and related documents.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under deadlines.
- Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, LL.B., or B.Com qualification or pursuing candidates preferred.
- Prior experience in GST litigation and compliance is an advantage.
- Proficiency in financial and tax compliance software is an advantage.
