Figment Global Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring a full-time GST Litigation Specialist based in Nagpur. The role involves handling GST litigation, property damage, insurance claims, and civil litigation, including researching legal issues, preparing legal documents, representing clients in court, and negotiating settlements.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle GST, property damage, insurance claims, and civil litigation cases.
- Research legal issues and prepare legal documents.
- Represent clients in court and negotiate settlements.
- Coordinate with clients and maintain case files.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
Eligibility
- Experience in law and civil litigation.
- Strong background in handling insurance and property damage cases.
- Expertise in GST and related tax compliance matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
- Bachelor's degree in law or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in law or taxation are beneficial.
