Details of the Job/Internship

Adani Realty is hiring a Head – Legal with 15+ years of experience to lead legal operations for their Mumbai region. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Execute and ensure compliance with legal frameworks across the region.
• Manage litigations, non-litigation matters, and legal research.
• Liaise with legal consultants, advisors, and municipal authorities.
• Brief senior advocates on civil, criminal, consumer, and pre-litigation matters.
• Oversee legal representations and support external counsel.
• Handle issues related to land, mortgages, and litigation.
• Supervise agreements under MOFA and RERA.
• Track and manage regional legal budgets and receivables.
• Support performance culture and team development initiatives.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM (CS preferred).
• 15+ years of experience (at least 5 years in law/solicitor firms preferred).

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
