Tata Motors Limited is hiring a Head Commercial Legal – PV with over 15 years of legal experience to join its Mumbai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Standardize documentation and processes for regional business units.
• Handle and reduce litigation for consumer and customer disputes.
• Assess and manage litigation risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee counsel management and ensure strong legal defense.
• Approve marketing communications and schemes.
• Support benchmarking and anti-counterfeit activities.

Eligibility

• LLB degree.
• 15+ years’ work experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector with a national sales network.
