Details of the Job/Internship

Manupatra is hiring a Head – Compliance Product to act as the end-to-end owner of ManuComply in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-industry compliance frameworks and develop comprehensive checklists based on geography and regulatory needs.
• Ensure continuous updates to the compliance database to reflect the latest regulatory changes.
• Act as the business owner of the ManuComply product, driving enhancements, automation, and feature upgrades.
• Evaluate market competitors and collaborate with the technology team for platform customizations and integrations.
• Lead end-to-end implementation for enterprise clients, managing data migration, configuration, and onboarding.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs and Compliance Heads to translate their requirements into execution.
• Monitor operational quality to ensure checklist accuracy and adherence to strict timelines.
• Lead and mentor a team of Compliance Analysts, fostering a culture of accountability and precision.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a reputed institution is mandatory.
• CS or LLM qualifications are preferred.
• Hardcore expertise in the Indian regulatory environment, including corporate, labor, and environmental laws.
• Proven experience in compliance implementation, advisory, or Legal Tech environments.
• Tech-savvy professional comfortable with digital platforms and SaaS products.
• Strong strategic thinking skills combined with operational execution and stakeholder management.

Salary/Stipend
