Trident Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual for the position of Head HR Compliances at Trident Group. The incumbent will lead compliance management at the group level, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements. This role requires a proactive approach to managing legal compliance across various domains, including labor laws, factory laws, and other statutory regulations, while ensuring a culture of ethical practices within the organization.
Role and Responsibilities
- Compliance Management: Oversee and ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements, including labor laws, factory laws, and corporate governance.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement compliance policies, frameworks, and guidelines aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
- Audit & Monitoring: Conduct periodic audits and reviews to assess compliance risks, identify gaps, and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities and legal consultants. Represent the organization during audits, inspections, and legal proceedings.
- Advisory Role: Provide legal advice to leadership on compliance-related matters, minimizing risks and ensuring informed decision-making.
- Training & Awareness: Conduct training programs for employees on compliance-related topics to promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities and provide regular reports to senior management.
Eligibility
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory. A Master's degree in Law (LLM) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in legal and compliance roles, preferably at a group or corporate level.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of labor laws, factory laws, and other relevant regulations.
