Details of the Job/Internship

Garuda Mart India Private Limited is hiring a Head – Legal & Compliance to oversee legal matters, ensure regulatory compliance, provide legal consulting, and mitigate organizational legal risks.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage legal compliance and provide strategic legal advice to the company.
• Prepare, review, and maintain legal documents and contracts.
• Ensure organizational adherence to civil, company, and other applicable laws.
• Handle arbitration matters and manage documentation processes.
• Develop policies to maintain legal standards and mitigate risks.
• Address legal issues arising across the organization and provide timely resolutions.

Eligibility

• LLB (mandatory); Juris Doctor (JD) preferred.
• Admission to the bar and relevant legal certifications.
• Rich experience in civil law, company law, arbitration, legal compliance, and consulting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in the electronic consumer goods industry is a plus.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
