Details of the Job/Internship
Garuda Mart India Private Limited is hiring a Head Legal and Compliance with a minimum of 8 years’ experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage all legal compliance functions and ensure organisational adherence to applicable laws.
- Provide legal consulting and advise management on legal issues.
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents and agreements.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and processes.
- Address legal issues relating to civil and company law.
- Oversee arbitration matters and documentation.
- Mitigate legal risks and ensure timely resolution of legal concerns.
Eligibility
- LLB degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of civil and company law obligations.
- Experience in arbitration and legal documentation.
- Proficiency in legal compliance and legal consulting.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Additional legal certifications and bar admission required.
- Experience in the electronic consumer goods industry is an added advantage.
Salary/Stipend
₹4,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum.
