Details of the Job/Internship

Vianaar is hiring a head of contracts to join them in Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible to source contractors for a real estate company (civil, electrical, plumbing, waterproofing, AC, tile & Stone, Painting, fabrication, POP & gypsum works, etc)
• Detailed understanding and experience of drafting contracts with all required type of terms & conditions - general, legal, technical, commercial etc
• Should be able to source contractors pan india
• Should be experienced at least for some tenure / duration either with hotels or with real estate company doing luxury homes
• Should have a good understanding of prevailing statutory compliances 
• Should have good people skills and intra department management skill 
• Should have excellent written and oral/verbal communication skills
• Should be able to lead a team of 5 to 6 people efficiently
• Should have working knowledge of ERP tools / softwares. 
• Develop and manage budgets for contractor services, further track and report on contractor expenditures and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Evaluate vendor (Contractor) performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. OR Master’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and contractors simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with large-scale real estate projects.
• 15-20 years.

Salary/Stipend
