Details of the Job/Internship

KARM Legal Consultants is hiring a Head of Corporate Commercial with experience of 10+ years to join their office in Dubai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Corporate Commercial practice group.
• Drive high-value corporate transactions and strategic negotiations.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice on M&A, corporate governance, and commercial matters.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of corporate clients, focusing on technology-driven sectors.
• Contribute to the firm's thought leadership initiatives.
• Build and mentor a high-performing legal team.
• Ensure compliance with UAE business regulations.

Eligibility

• Master of Laws (LL.M.) with a focus on Corporate/Commercial Law.
• 10+ years of legal experience in corporate and commercial matters.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE business laws and regulations.
• Experience in technology-related legal matters preferred.
• Strong business acumen and client relationship skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Salary/Stipend
