Details of the Job/Internship
Lords University is hiring a Head of Department – Law with 8–10 years of teaching and academic administration experience to lead its School of Law at the Alwar campus.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead the academic and strategic development of the Department of Law.
- Design and implement contemporary, skill-integrated legal curricula.
- Promote faculty and student research, publications, and innovation.
- Oversee faculty recruitment, mentorship, and compliance with BCI norms.
- Build academic and industry collaborations for experiential learning.
- Represent the department in university-level committees.
- Ensure student discipline, academic standards, and integrity.
- Drive accreditations, audits, and national/international partnerships.
Eligibility
- Ph.D. in Law from a recognized university (mandatory).
- Minimum 8–10 years of teaching and administrative experience in a reputed law school or university.
- Strong publication record in UGC/Scopus-indexed journals.
- Proven academic leadership and curriculum development experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
