Role and Responsibilities

• Provide academic leadership and oversee the overall functioning of the Law Department.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies and curricula to enhance legal education.
• Mentor and guide faculty members to achieve academic and professional excellence.
• Drive student success by ensuring high-quality instruction and holistic development.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment for faculty, staff, and students.
• Ensure compliance with educational standards, accreditation requirements, and institutional policies.
• Lead initiatives to promote research, publications, and participation in academic conferences.
• Build strong industry and academic partnerships to enhance opportunities for students and faculty.
• Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively.

Eligibility

• Master of Laws (LLM) with 6+ years of post-qualification experience, OR
• PhD in Law with 4+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Proven leadership and management experience in an academic setting, particularly in legal education.
• Demonstrated expertise in legal principles and a strong academic record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor faculty and students.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
