BDS Institute of Management - India invites applications for the position of Head of Department – Law (HOD, Law). They are looking for a highly qualified and experienced professional with strong academic credentials and proven expertise in teaching and educational leadership.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the academic and administrative functions of the Law Department.
• Design, review, and implement curriculum in line with the latest legal education standards.
• Mentor and guide faculty members and students.
• Encourage research, publications, and active participation in moot courts/seminars.
• Collaborate with reputed institutions and industry professionals for academic enrichment.
• Drive innovation and ensure the overall growth of the Law Department.

Eligibility

• Qualification: UGC-Net Qualified, Master’s/PhD in Law from a recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of teaching/academic leadership experience at a reputed Law University.
• Preferred Background: Candidates from leading Law Universities in Delhi or Noida will be given preference.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
