Details of the Job/Internship
Transformative Learning Solutions is hiring a Head of Legal with 12–18 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal advice across corporate and commercial matters.
- Guide on marketing materials, product claims, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate key contracts and agreements.
- Advise on employment issues, including termination and severance.
- Support M&A, restructuring, and strategic alliance documentation.
- Oversee litigation, settlements, and IP enforcement efforts.
- Ensure adherence to legal and compliance frameworks.
- Liaise with external counsel and manage outsourced legal services.
- Conduct legal trainings for non-legal teams.
- Serve as Company Secretary to ensure corporate governance.
- Foster relationships with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and external stakeholders.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a recognized university in India or Asia-Pacific.
- Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in India.
- 12–18 years of experience in a law firm or MNC (preferably both).
- Fluent in Hindi and English.
- Experience in corporate/commercial law, contract negotiation, and compliance.
- Strong ethical standards and professional integrity.
